STRUCTURED AND INTEGRATED PHYSICAL EXERCISE

Each person is assessed individually to identify needs, capabilities, and intervention priorities.


From this assessment, a personalized training and treatment program is born, built on two complementary components:

• Structured Physical Exercise of the MANUAL side, based on specific parameters and calibrated on the part of the body that needs recovery


• Structured Physical Exercise of the healthy part, to maintain and strengthen what is already working


When necessary, the Manual Personal Trainer® integrates specific Manual Therapy and/or Manual Facilitation techniques lasting a few seconds into the program to treat the dysfunctional structure and promote the restoration of correct functionality.

The entire process—assessment, exercise, manual integration—is always guided and supervised by the Manual Personal Trainer®, who guarantees precision, safety, and continuity.

  2. The initial posture (with or without instrument)

  3. Functional and therapeutic weight (load)

  4. The function of the 4 Limbs (push/pull)
